Record reveals that one application on behalf of
plaintiff for issuance of production warrants against defendant
No.1 is moved in between the date. It is submitted by ld counsel
for plaintiff that defendant No.1 in the present case is in judicial
custody in matter pertaining to NDPS Act, DRI, Jaipur,
Rajasthan. Submissions heard.
Considering the submissions, let notice to concerned
Jail Superintendent be issued with direction to produce accused
through VC on next date of hearing. Ahlmad of the court directed
to mention on the notice that there is no requirement of keeping
defendant No.1 in judicial custody in the present matter as
present is a civil suit.
Court notice be also issued to defendants No.2,3 & 4
for appearance on next date.
