Till date, surgery of wife of accused has not been
conducted and interim bail of accused was given initially for 10
days and after that same was extended for 1 month. Ld. counsel
for accused submitted that accused will surrender on 16.10.2023.
Submissions be taken on record.
As the surgery of wife of accused has not been
conducted till date and no date of surgery has been filed,
therefore, in these circumstances, accused is directed to surrender
on 16.10.2023 before Jail superintendent. Issue notice to Jail
Superintendent to file surrender report of accused before Ld.
CMM. Copy of this order be sent to Jail Superintendent for
compliance.
Accordingly, application stands dispose off.
