As per office report of the Nazir, the award has not been
duly stamped as per the provisonsn of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. In the
absence of the award beingn written on proper stamped paper the court
has serious doubt that in the light of judgment passed by the Hon’ble
Delhi High Court entitled M/s URC Construction (P) Ltd. v. Airports
Authority of India, 2026:DHC:7351 the present application for execution
of the award is maintainable.
Put up for consideration on the question of maintainablility
of the present application on 20.01.2027.
