AR.
Let notice of the petition as well as application seeking
stay of operation of order dated 05.06.2023 passed by IGRP, NSEI be
issued to the respondent through all permissible modes on filing of
PF/RC and all other modes, returnable for 29.11.2024 at 2 PM.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to file an
affidavit affirming the e-mail address of the respondent under Rule 12
of Delhi Courts Services of process by courier, fax and electronic
mail service (Civil Proceedings) Rule, 2010.
In terms of Rule 13, petitioner is further directed to place
on record a copy of the petition and documents in electronic
form/scanned images in compliance of Rule 13 for
forwarding/annexing/attaching the same with the process. A requisite
process fee for sending process by e-mail in compliance of Rule 14 be
filed alongwith copies as above for onward transmission to Nazarat
Branch, Patiala House Courts for service through e-mail.
Further, let the summons be served by way of affixation
by affixing the summons at a conspicuous place of the address of the
respondent. Process server is also directed to take photographs of the
summons affixed and place the same alongwith the report on next

date of hearing. Steps be taken by today itself.
