Present case received on random allocation. It be checked
and registered as per rules.
Present:- Sh. Ravi Ranjan, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner.
Perusal of the record shows that the Awards dated
15.03.2024 and 04.09.2024 are photocopies of the Awards filed by the
petitioner.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has
received the said Awards through email of the Arbitration Department
of DIAC which is a practice. He fairly submits that he will file the same
on the next date of hearinig.
Heard. Record perused.
Subject to just exception, issue notice of the petition to the
respondent through all permissible modes i.e. RC/Speed
Post/Courier/E-mail/ Whatsapp and FAX etc. on filing of PF and soft
copy of complete paper book of the petition in PDF format. For service
through electronic mode, petitioner to file affidavit with respect to the
correctness of the address and contact details.
Letter of request be sent to the office of Ld. Arbitrator by
all modes i.e. RC/Speed Post/Courier/E-mail and FAX etc. for
submission of arbitral proceedings in a sealed cover atleast one week
prior to the next date.
Steps for service and process fee be filed within one week.

1. Service of respondent;
2. Receipt of Arbitral Award;
3. Reply by the respondent to the petition within 30 days
from the date of service of notice. Advance copy be given;
4. Rejoinder, if any, be filed by the petitioner prior to 7 days
from the date fixed. Advance copy be given;
