By way of present application, plaintiff seeks permission of the Court to inspect the documents disclosed by the defendant in this matter. Ld. Counsel of plaintiff submits that defendant has filed certain documents in this matter but all the documents are photocopy and he intend to see the original of the said documents. On the other hand, counsel of defendant submits that he does not want to contest the application of defendant and he has no objection in case the application of plaintiff is allowed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the fact that application has not been Contd:- -- 1 of 2 -- -2- contested by defendant, application is allowed. Let the inspection be carried out in the Ahlmad room. Ahlmad and parties may fix the date as per their convenience for the same purpose. IA stands disposed off accordingly.
