Delhi Mediation Center, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, the
matter could not be settled between the parties.
Reply to application under Order XXXIX Rules 1
and 2 CPC of plaintiff, already filed by defendant nos. 1 to 3, is
on record. Advance copy thereof already supplied to the opposite
side.
Replication alongwith Statement of Truth, affidavit
under Order XI Rule 6 r/w Section 63 of The Bharatiya Sakshya
Adhiniyam and affidavit concerning admission denial of
documents of defendant nos. 1 to 3, besides reply to application
under Section 151 CPC seeking relase of seized goods moved by
defendant nos. 1 to 3, are filed on behalf of plaintiff. Advance
copies thereof already supplied to the opposite side.
An application under Order I Rule 10 CPC seeking

deletion of defendant no. 4 from the array of defendants
alongwith copy of purchase receipt is filed on behalf of
defendant no. 4. Advance copy thereof already supplied to the

defendant no. 4, with direction to supply advance copy thereof to
the opposite side.

exploring possibility of settlement, if any and further
