Matter is fixed for orders on the aspect of charge.
Vide separate order on charge dictated and announced in
the open court, prima facie offence under S. 120B/302/34 IPC is
made out against all the accused persons. Further prima facie
offence under S. 419/468/471/120B/34 IPC is made out against
accused Rahul, Raj Singh and Harun. Prima facie offence under
S. 25 Arms Act is made out against accused Rahul.
Put up for formal framing of charge on 21.05.2024.
All the accused persons be produced physically on the
NDOH.
IO to apprise the court about the status of persons
namely David, Ritik and Anshu as stated in the charge-sheet.
