Matter is at the stage of arguments on the aspect of charge.
It is submitted by ld. Addl. PP for the State and the
respective ld. Defence Counsels that since FSL would take time,
they have no objection, if, the arguments on the aspect of charge
are heard and the matter is proceeded further.
Accordingly, heard part arguments on the aspect of charge
