Today, the matter is fixed for formal framing of charge.
In compliance of order on charge dated 17.05.2024, charge
for the offence under S. 120B/302/34 IPC is framed against all
the accused persons.
In addition, charge for the offence under S.
419/468/471/120B/34 IPC is framed against accused Rahul, Raj
Singh and Harun.
In addition, charge for the offence under S. 25 Arms Act is
framed against accused Rahul. Accused persons pleaded not
guilty and claimed trial.
