Matter is fixed for arguments on the aspect of
charge as well as consideration on the bail application
of accused Harun and Rahul.

It is submitted by the counsel for complainant /
father of deceased that the IO on the last page of the
chargesheet has stated the names of other suspects
namely David, Ritik, Anshu and other suspects, if any. It
is submitted that the status report be called from the
concerned IO regarding the investigation qua these
suspects.
The FSL result is also awaited. The concerned IO is
directed to expedite the filing of the FSL result.
Let status report be called from the concerned IO
regarding investigation qua the other suspects who are
named in the chargesheet. Put up for report of IO on
15.12.2023.
At this stage, two applications filed on behalf of
accused Yash and accused Rahul for issuing directions
to the concerned Jail Superintendent for allowing :
a. Yash : the study material for his B.A. Programme,
NEP, Part III Pro.
b. Rahul : shoes.

The concerned Jail Superintendent is directed to
allow the study material to accused Yash and shoes to
accused Rahul, as per Jail Manual.
Both the applications are disposed of
accordingly.
Copy of the order be given dasti.
