It’s already 04:00 PM and counsel for accused persons has not appeared. Ld. Remand Advocate submits that accused Azad is in need of immediate medical attention as due to diabetes he is having deep wounds in the right leg and back of his head. Considering the medical condition of accused Azad, concerned Jail Superintendent is directed to provide immediate medical treatment in government hospital and will file detailed medical report on or before the NDOH. At this stage, both the accused persons prays for a legal aid counsel from DLSA. -- 1 of 2 -- : 2 : Accordingly, Ld. Secretary DLSA, New Delhi is directed to do the needful as per rules.
