served as the address was not traceable.

Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that he shall
take steps to trace the fresh address of the defendant no. 9.
Issue summons upon the defendant no. 9 on filing of
fresh address and on filing of PF/RC/Speed-Post. Steps be taken
