In these circumstances, let an additional copy be supplied to the plaintiff or the counsel against acknowledgment. It is further submitted that DW-1 is not represented by any counsel as except defendant no. 6 all the remaining defendants are supporting the claim of the plaintiff. In these circumstances, there is no requirement to supply a separate copy to DW-1. Plaintiff is at liberty to file reply, if any, to the said application on or before the NDOH after supplying copy to the opposite party or the counsel.
