The same has not been received back despite the fact that the same was sent on 19.07.2024. In view thereof, Director, RFSL, Chanakya Puri is directed to expedite the examination of the exhibit(s) of this case and prepare its report within 04 weeks from today. SHO concerned is directed to obtain the FSL result from RFSL, Chanakya Puri and file it in the court immediately thereafter. Copy of this order be sent to Director, RFSL, Chanakya Puri and SHO concerned for its immediate compliance. Put up for further examination of PW-1 on 24.02.2025.
