Sh. Pankaj Vivek, Ld. Counsel for family of
deceased.

It is submitted by the Ld. Defence Counsel that the
applicant is a young lady aged about 26 years approximately. She
is ready to join the investigation but apprehends her arrest.
It is further submitted that there are no specific
allegations against her in the entire FIR.
On the contrary, it is submitted by the Ld. Counsel
for the family of deceased and Ld. Addl. PP for the State that
there are allegations that the applicant alongwith the other family
members demanded dowry and caused cruelty to the deceased.
