In view of the said reports, plaintiff is directed to
furnish fresh address, if any, of the defendant within two weeks
from the date of this order. Thereafter, issue fresh summons to
the defendant at all available addresses including at address to be
so furnished by plaintiff as directed hereinbefore, by all
permissible modes including e-mode i.e., whatsapp and e-mail on
taking requisite steps by plaintiff returnable for next date. Steps
be taken within two weeks.
Written statement has to be filed by the defendant
within 30 days (extendable upto 120 days with the leave of the
court and that too subject to appropriate terms) from the date of
service of the process as per the Proviso of Sub Rule 1 of Order 5
Rule 1 CPC as applicable to the Commercial Courts Act.
Put up on 02.07.2024 for further proceedings.
