Order VII Rule 14 r/w Section 151 CPC for placing on record
documents.
In the course of submissions, Ld. Counsel for
plaintiff has given in writing at the bottom of the first page of the
above said application to withdraw it with liberty to file afresh
and for filing of Court fees for above said application during the
course of day.
Accordingly, application of plaintiff under Order VII
Rule 14 r/w Section 151 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty
prayed for.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff seeks adjournment for
taking appropriate steps and moving appropriate application.
