It is noted that defendant has not filed affidavit of
admission-denial of documents along with written statement as well
as list of documents as per mandate applicable to commercial suits .
However, liberty is given to file the same within 10 days with
advance copy supplied to opposite party.
Liberty is also given to the plaintiff to file affidavit of
admission-denial of documents of defendant's documents within 10
days thereafter with advance copy supplied to opposite party.
Be listed for completion of pleadings, marking of
documents, Case Management Hearing/Framing of issues for
18.05.2023.
Parties are directed to appear in person on NDOH.
