Injured Sharik in person.
Reply to the bail application filed by the IO.
Same is taken on record.
It is submitted by the Ld. Defence counsel
that as per the statement of the injured recorded u/s
161 Cr.P.C., he had not seen any of the accused persons
on the date of incident as it was dark. It is submitted
that he had stated that he suffered some injury due to
sharp pointed object in his stomach. It is further
submitted that co-accused Mohd. Anas having similar
role has been granted bail on 21.09.2023, hence, the
present applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground
of parity.

I have perused the statement of injured
Sharik u/s 164 Cr.P.C. and also his MLC. No opinion
regarding the nature of injury has been given on his
MLC as he left the hospital with his file without
intimating the authorities.
It is further submitted by the injured that he
has no objection, if, the applicant is granted bail.
In the conspectus of facts, let the applicant
be released on bail on furnishing of personal
bonds/surety bonds in the sum of Rs.20,000/- to
the satisfaction of the Ld. MM/Duty MM
concerned.
Application is disposed off accordingly.
