2. Let fresh notice of the appeal be issued to the respondent
no. 1 Yashwant @ Montu on filing of PF/RC to be served through
office of DCP concerned, for the next date of hearing.
3. Ld. Counsel for R-2 submits that he has not received copy
of the appeal.
4. State is directed to supply copy of present appeal to the
Ld. Counsel for respondent no. 2 along with annexed documents
against due endorsement.
5. Ld. Counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that after
receiving the copy of present appeal, he shall file reply along with his
vakalatnama.
6. Since the pendency of this court is about 827 cases, short
date is not possible.
7. Put up for appearance of respondent no. 1, reply and
arguments on 22.07.2026.
