appellant.
1. The present appeal is filed against the judgment dated 30.04.2026 and order on sentence dated
30.05.2026 whereby the appellant has been convicted U/s. 138 N.I. Act.
2. Application for suspension of sentence has already been filed. As per order on sentence dated
30.05.2026, the appellant has been sentenced to SI for one year and to pay fine/compensation
for an amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- including the interest, legal fee and remaining amount to the
complainant, failing which, SI for four months in default.
3. Submissions on suspension of sentence heard. Considered.
4. Subject to deposit of 20% of the compensation amount within 60 days from today as per the
order on sentence dated 30.05.2026 and upon furnishing the personal bond in the sum of Rs.
20,000/- with one surety of the like amount before the Ld. Trial Court/Ld. Duty MM, the order
on sentence is suspended till disposal of the appeal. Copy of this order be given dasti.
5. Issue notice of the present appeal to the respondent on filing of PF/RC for the next date of
hearing.
6. Be put up on 10.03.2026.
