1. Fresh revision petition has been filed under Section 438 of
BNSS against the impugned order dated 29.04.2026 passed by Ld.
JMFC, NI Act, PHC, New Delhi District, New Delhi whereby the
complaint bearing Ct. Cases 3068/2019 as well as the restoration
application filed by the revisionist herein was dismissed.
2. Heard. Record perused.
3. Issue notice of the present revision petition to the
respondents, subject to filing of PF/RC through all available modes, for
the next date of hearing.
4. Put up for appearance of respondents and further
proceedings on 10.12.2026.
5. Trial Court Record be summoned atleast two days prior to
