An application u/O 7 R 14 CPC along with additional
documents have been placed on record.

Application is allowed. Additional documents are taken on
record.
Petitioner no. 2(b) has produced the original documents
copies of which have been taken on record above. These are documents
pertaining to education of the deceased. The original documents have
been seen, compared with the photocopies placed on record today and
returned to the petitioner.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioners submits that he shall try to
produce the graduation degree certificate of the deceased on the NDOH.

The claimant is directed to file his calculation sheet in
prescribed format supported by documents with advance copy to Ld.
Counsel for Insurance Company.
It is jointly submitted that there are chances of amicable
settlement between the parties.
At request, let the matter be fixed for Pre Lok Adalat sitting
on 11.12.2024.
