An application U/o VII Rule 14 CPC moved by the petitioner is
listed today.
List of documents containing the copy of graduation certificate of
deceased is filed on record. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order
dated 23.10.2024, this Tribunal permitted the petitioner to file additional
documents but inadvertently the graduation certificate could not be filed as the said
document is not available with them at that time. In order to cut-short the
controversy, Ld. Counsel for R-3/Insurance Company do not oppose the
application. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the graduation certificate
of the deceased is taken on record.
At this stage, both the parties state that they are ready to settle the
present matter and request to put this matter before the Mediation Centre for
settlement.
At request of parties, be put up before the Mediation Centre for
settlement on 30.09.2026 at 02:00 PM.
List this matter for further proceedings on 25.11.2026.
Local Commissioner is directed to defer the recording of evidence
till the outcome of the mediation proceedings.
Proceedings be communicated to the Local Commissioner.
