Present: Sh. Pranav Kanti, Ld. Counsel for the decree holder through

As per the report of the Nazir, there is deficient stamp duty
of Rs.100/.
Ld. Counsel for the decree holder submits that he be
permitted to withdraw the present execution petition and liberty be
granted to the decree holder to file afresh in accordance with the law.
He further submits that original award and the stamp duty be also
returned to the decree holder.
Heard. In view of the submissions of the Ld. Counsel for the
decree holder, the present execution petition is dismissed as withdrawn
and liberty is granted to the decree holder to file afresh in accordance
with the law. As prayed, original award and stamp duty affixed
therewith be returned to the decree holder after taking on record the self
attested copies of the same from the decree holder. File be consigned to
record room.
