There are multiple bail applications listed today.
The sisterinlaw of the complainant Vimal is married and
residing at Dahisar East, Mumbai. Sisterinlaw Neelam is also married
and residing at Gopalganj Bihar. Sisterinlaw Pinky is married and
residing in Deora, Uttar Pradesh. Sisterinlaw Puja is unmarried but she
is also residing in Deora, Uttar Pradesh, whereas the complainant has
been residing with the main accused at Dwarka, Delhi.
There are allegations of fatherinlaw visiting at Dwarka.
Since accused Neelam, Pinky, Vimal & Puja are not
residing with the complainant/victim, they are admitted to bail on
furnishing of bail bonds/surety bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/ each with one
surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Ld. MM/Duty MM.
However, it is clarified that accused Neelam, Pinky, Vimal & Puja shall

not visit the residence of the complainant/victim.
