This is an application filed on behalf of applicant /
accused Sudha Srivastava seeking extension of interim bail on
medical grounds.

accused.
SI Vishal on behalf of IO/SI Amit Kumar in person.
IO is not present today. Although the report is filed
on his behalf. However, the report is not clear with regard to the
queries raised from the IO vide notice u/s 91 Cr.P.C. at Point 4. A
detailed report is required to be filed from the IO concerned in
this regard.
Today, SI Vishal has sought an exemption on behalf
of IO/SI Amit Kumar as he is out of station for investigating the
another matter. Allowed for today.
IO is required to file a detailed report from the
concerned doctor by the NDOH. It is further directed that if the
IO is not available on the NDOH, the report shall be filed by the
SHO concerned on the aforesaid aspect.
Till NOOD, the interim bail of applicant / accused is
extended.
