This is an application for anticipatory bail filed on
behalf of applicant / accused Asif Pathan.
Present: Sh. Ravindra Kumar, Ld. Addl. PP for the State.
Sh. M.A. Mansoori, ld. Counsel for the applicant.

It is submitted by the Ld. Defence Counsel that applicant
has already joined the investigation as and when he was called by
the IO. It is further submitted that he is again ready to join the
investigation as and when required by the IO. It is prayed that the
application be allowed.
It is submitted by the IO that applicant has duly joined the
investigation. It is further submitted that his custodial
interrogation is not required.
In view of the submissions of the IO, since, the applicant
has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not
required, the application is allowed.

In the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail
subject to furnishing of personal bond and surety bond in the sum
of Rs. 25,000/- to the satisfaction of concerned IO/SHO/arresting
officer.
Needless to say that the applicant shall join the
investigation as and when required by the IO.
The application is disposed off accordingly. Copy of the
order be given dasti.
