It is submitted on behalf of the appellant that in
compliance of previous order, FDR and the personal & surety
bonds have been furnished by the appellant before the Ld. Trial
Court.
Perusal of TCR makes it apparent that the
submissions made on behalf of the appellant are correct.
It is submitted on behalf of the respondent that she
has not received the copy of the present appeal and the
documents annexed therewith.
At this stage, she has furnished e-mail ID of the
main counsel i.e. lalitpandeyassociates@gmail.com. The
appellant is directed to supply the soft copy of the present appeal
and the documents annexed therewith to the counsel for the
respondent on the said e-mail ID within a week from today.
Reply, if any, to the present appeal be filed on or before the next
date of hearing with its advance copy to the other side.
