Perusal of record reveals that vide order dated 23.04.2024, the
instant suit was adjourned sine-die with liberty to the parties to get instant
matter revived upon disposal of CS No. 129/20.
It is intimated to the Court that CS No.129/20 has been
disposed off as withdrawn and thus, the proposed LR of deceased Kanhiya
Lal has now moved the instant application for revival of the instant suit.
Ld. Counsel for the defendant has no objection, in case the
instant suit is revived.
In view of the submissions, the instant suit is revived.
Now to come up for arguments on application under Order
XXII Rule 3 of CPC on 22.07.2025.
