Present: Plaintiff in person with counsel Sh. Arun Dhiman.
Sh. Harshil Gupta, Counsel for the plaintiff through
VC.
Ms. Vaishnavi Pandey, Counsel for the defendant
no. 1.
(She has filed the Vakalatnama for the
defendant).
Sh. Harshil Gupta, Counsel for the plaintiff seeks
discharge from the present case on the ground that the plaintiff
has engaged a new counsel. In view of the same, Sh. Harshil
Gupta, Advocate is discharged from the present case.
Sh. Arun Dhiman, Advocate submits that he will file
the Vakalatnama for the plaintiff during course of the day.
Counsel for the defendant no. 1 submits that the
plaintiff has not supplied the complete set of documents.
Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the complete set of
documents has been sent to defendant no. 1 company through
email yesterday. In view of the same, the defendant no. 1 is
directed to file the WS within 30 days. In case of any deficiency
of documents, defendant no. 1 shall brought the same to the
notice of the plaintiff’s counsel.
Defendant no. 2 to 6 have already been deleted vide
order dated 09.09.2024. Plaintiff is directed to file the amended
memo of parties.

In order to explore the possibility of settlement
between the parties on their request, the matter is referred to the
Mediation Centre at Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.
Separate Mediation Referral form has also been
filled in by the Counsel for the parties.
Parties to appear before the In-charge, Mediation
Centre, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi on 13.01.2025 at 2.00
pm and report back the matter to this court on 10.02.2025.
Ahlmad is directed to send the relevant documents
to the Mediation Centre, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi well
in time.
In case settlement does not take place, the case shall
proceed for completion of pleadings i.e. filing of WS by the
defendant no. 1 with advance copy to the plaintiff’s counsel,
replication thereto, if any, admission/denial of documents and
framing of issues.
