Present : Plaintiff alongwith Sh. Harshil Gupta, Ld. Advocate.
Heard on issuance of summons.
By way of the suit, plaintiff has sought recovery of Rs.
38,47,848/- towards his remuneration, reimbursements and retirement
benefits alongwith directions to the defendants for execution of documents
of vehicles in favour of the plaintiff. In addition, the plaintiff has sought
interest on the amount sought to be recovered.
The plaintiff is an employee of defendant no.1 and the reliefs
sought are directed towards defendant no.1. It has not been demonstrated
as to what personal liability defendants no.2 to 6 have for satisfaction of
the reliefs sought. Therefore, reliance is placed upon
Sanuj Bathla & Anr.
vs. Manu Maheshwari & Anr. C.R.P. 166/2018 & CM Appl. 32378/2018
& 10441/2021, passed by the Delhi High Court on 12.04.2021 and
defendant no.2 to 6 are deleted from array of parties.
Amended memo of parties be filed well in advance of the
next date of hearing.
Report of the Reader qua Court fees perused.
Let summons of the suit be issued to defendant no.1 on filing
of PF/RC/Speed post/Courier-AD as well as through approval electronic
mode, returnable on 04.11.2024. Dasti be given, as prayed for.
