Present : Petitioner through Sh. Kunal Kalra, Ld. Counsel,
who has joined through VC.
Respondent has not been served despite imposition
of cost as steps were not taken.
Now, the counsel appearing says that the petition
has become infructuous in view of the fact that the erstwhile
Ld. Presiding Officer has been transferred but according to him,
the grievance was not against the Officer, but non compliance of
certain directions and for that, this Transfer Petition was not the
right way to adopt.
As such, since the counsel intends to withdraw the
petition, he has the liberty to do so and for that, he is required to
make a statement.
In view of the statement made by Ld. Counsel for
the Revisionist, recorded separately today, the present transfer
petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
File be consigned to Record Room after due
compliance.
