and 11 state that they do not want to file reply and they want to
straightaway argue on the matter.
Ld. Counsel for respondent no. 12 states that in the
complaint filed by petitioner/complainant, he had made 19 accused
however, in the revision filed by petitioner/ complainant only 12 persons
have been named as respondent. Ld. Counsel for complainant seeks time
to give clarification in this regard.
