Sh. Rohit Sharma, Ld. Counsel for respondent no.2
submits that respondent no.1 company has gone into IRP
proceedings and moratorium has been declared for the said
company vide order dated 25.02.2025 of NCLT-IV, New Delhi.
In support of his submissions, he has placed on record copy of
said order.
Ld. Counsels for respondent nos.2 and 12 submit
that they intend to file reply to the present revision petition and
for the said purpose, they need some more time. However, ld.
Counsels for the respondent nos. 7 & 8 submit that they do not
wish to file any formal reply to the present revision petition and
they are ready to straight away address arguments on it.
Further, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioners
that their main counsel is not available today.

In the interest of justice another opportunity is
granted to the said respondents to file reply, if any, to the present
revision petition on or before the next date of hearing with its
advance copy to the other side.
