1. Ld. Counsel for the respondents No. 7 to 9 & 11 submits that
he does not wish to file reply and argue the matter straightway.
2. Ld. Counsel for the revisionist seeks time to file amended
memo of parties. Let the needful be done on or before the next date of
hearing.
3. Respondent No. 10 is stated to have expired. Let the factum of
death of respondent No. 10 be verified through SHO concerned for the next
date of hearing.
4. As per record, respondents No. 1 & 2 tendered their
appearance through Ld. Counsel, however, none appeared on behalf of
respondents No. 3 to 6 and notice sent to them through speed post with
report of refusal, which is a deemed service.
5. Put up for filing of amended memo of parties and further
proceedings on 28.02.2026.
