he is discharged unexamined at the request of proxy counsel for accused
Irshand @ Bhuru on the ground that main counsel Sh. Naveen Kapila is not
able to appear in the court today as he is contesting elections for Bar
Association. Heard. Allowed.
PW9 SI Chandan Kumar be summoned again for NDOH.
Summons sent to PW ASI Ramesh Chander received back duly
served.
A written request has been received from PW ASI Ramesh
Chander seeking exemption from personal appearance on the ground that he
has gone for official training at PTS Jharoda Kalan. Heard. Allowed.

with the report that he has to attend Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in the
