Today, the case is fixed for arguments on charge.
Arguments on the point of charge heard on behalf of
the State as well as on behalf of accused Tajeem.
Ld. Counsel for accused Irshad @ Bhuru seeks some
time to address arguments on the point of charge as he has been
recently engaged. Request allowed.
An application has been moved on behalf of
applicant/registered owner Salman seeking release of Motorcycle
make Bajaj Pulsar 125 bearing registration no. UP12BM0434.
It is further submitted that the said motorcycle is no more
required in the investigation of the present case and applicant is
its registered owner.
Report received from the IO to the present
application.
Ld. Addl. PP submits that the State has no objection
if the said motor cycle is released to its registered owner.

In view of the submissions made, the instant
application is allowed. The motorcycle bearing registration no.
UP12BM0434 be released to its registered owner against
proper receipt and after preparing panchnama of the same as per
law including its photographs from all different angles, at the
expenses of the registered owner/applicant.
Application is disposed off accordingly.

bhuru, list the matter for arguments on charge qua accused
Irshad @ Bhuru on 19.12.2023.
