Accused Tajeem and Irshad @ Bhuru are present on bail.

accused Tajeem.
Sh. Imran Azeem and Sh. Kailash Chand, Ld. counsels for accused
Irshad @ Bhuru.
Today matter is fixed for prosecution evidence.
Ld. proxy counsel for accused Tajeem submitted that accused Tajeem
could not appear on the last date of hearing due to ill-health of his wife. He
further submitted that bail has been granted to the accused Tajeem on the ground
of ill-health of his wife and prayed to cancel the BWs issued against accused
Tajeem.
Today, accused Tajeem has appeared in person. In view of the
aforesaid submissions, BWs issued against accused Tajeem stands cancelled.
Ld. counsel for accused Irshad @ Bhuru submits that he has to go to
attend cremation of mother of his associate counsel and seeks adjournment.
Ld. proxy counsel for accused Tajeem submits that main counsel is
not available today and seeks adjournment.
Summons issued to PW9 SI Chandan Kumar received back with the
report that he has to attend Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in the matter of bail
application no.246/2025 and seeks exemption.

PW9 SI Chandan Kumar be summoned again for next date of
hearing.
At the request of Ld. counsels for accused persons, list the matter for
PE on 20.03.2025.
