This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of interim
bail filed on behalf of applicant/ accused Tajeem.

Perusal of record shows that vide order dated
07.06.2024, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi has granted interim bail to
the applicant/ accused on the ground that applicant’s wife has to
undergo surgery on 10.06.2024.
In view of the above, Ld. Counsel for applicant/ accused
is directed to file medical documents of wife of applicant/ accused
regarding the surgery which was done on 10.06.2024.
Further, Ld. Counsel for applicant/ accused is directed to
furnish the address to the IO where the applicant/ accused shall be
staying during the period of his interim bail.
Further, issue notice to the IO to appear in person on
next date of hearing as well as to file verification report regarding the
address of the applicant/ accused.
List the present bail application on 23.08.2024.
