This is regular bail application filed on behalf of
applicant Sachin Kumar.
The allegations against the applicant is that he had
received Rs 7,000/- in his account from the account of the
complainant. It is submitted by Ld defence counsel that applicant
was not present at the spot at the time of incident. The said
amount was received in his account through his friend Dinesh. It
is submitted that Dinesh was joined in investigation by the IO but
he has not been arrested. The applicant has been falsely
implicated and arrested in the present case.
On being asked from the IO about the role of
applicant, he admits that as per investigation, he was not present
at the spot, however, Rs 7000/- were transferred in his account.

Considering the nature of allegations, let the

applicant be released on bail on furnishing PB/SB in the sum
of Rs.10,000/-to the satisfaction of ld MM/ Link MM/ Duty
MM.
Application disposed of accordingly.
Nothing stated herein above shall tantamount as an
expression of opinion on the merits of the case. The copy of the
order be given dasti to the ld. counsel for accused / applicant and
one copy of the order be sent to concerned Jail Superintendent to
be served upon the accused / applicant.
