Act, 1996, has been received by way of assignment. It be
checked and registered as per rules.
Present: Sh. Nipun Arora, ld. counsel for petitioner.
There is no stamp on stay application. Same be
affixed before next date of hearing.
Issue notice of this petition as well as stay application
to the respondent on filing of P/F through speed post and through
electronic mode i.e. e-mail and WhatsApp, if any. Petitioner shall
file an affidavit to vouch for correctness of e-mail ID and
WhatsApp number of respondent along with soft copy of
complete paper book in PDF formate. Steps be taken within
seven (7) days.
Tracking report of speed post shall be filed by AR of
petitioner.
Petitioner shall also furnish complete particulars of ld.
Arbitrator on PF and issue a letter of request to ld. Arbitrator also
to send the arbitral proceedings record.
