Adjournment has been sought by Ld counsel for
remaining accused persons submitting that one date may be given
for arguments on charge as not prepared.
It is also submitted by Ld counsel for accused
Ganesh Chaudhary that TCR was called by Hon'ble High Court
of Delhi for 10.05.2023. On enquiry from Ahlmad, Ahlmad
submits that no TCR requisition has been received in this matter.

Ld counsel for accused Ganesh Chaudhary submits
that next date of hearing before the bench of HMJ Mr Jasmeet
Singh, Hon'ble High Court of Delhi is 25.05.2023.
Ahlmad is directed to send TCR as and when
requisition has been received from Hon'ble High Court of Delhi
in this matter preferably on the same day.
Adjournment has been sought by Ld proxy counsel
for accused Alok Kumar and Arvind Kumar Jha submitting that
main counsel is not available today.
Issue notice to IO also for next date of hearing.
