Matters of 25.05.2024 are also taken up today as on
25.05.2024 was holiday being Lok Sabha Election.
Present: Sh. Avnish Singh, Ld SPP for NCB with Ms
Kanchan Kumari, Ld counsel for NCB.
All accused persons are on bail in person.
Sh Naveen Panwar, Ld counsel for accused persons
namely Rizwan Siddiqui, Ganesh Chaudhary, Mohd
Zahid Khan and Salman.
PW Sh Sumit is present however Ld SPP submits that
the role of this witness could not be found.
Ld SPP for NCB seeks assistance of the IO for evidence
of Sh Sumit. Hence, PW Sh Sumit is discharged unexamined for today
only.
Issue notice to IO for NDOH.
Issue summons to witnesses as per order dated
23.02.2024 for NDOH.
Time has been sought by Ld SPP for NCB to verify the
fresh alleged bail bonds of accused Alok w.r.t. surety. Same be filed on
NDOH.
List for PE on 25.09.2024 & 26.09.2024.
