Charge has been conceded on behalf of all accused
persons.
List for framing of charge on date already fixed on
23.02.2024
An application has been filed on behalf of accused
Ganesh Chaudhary for modification in order dated 20.02.2024
submitting that time for surgery may be granted till 25.02.2024 as
the accused has been released on evening of 21.02.2024.
Submissions heard. The bail order dated 20.02.2024 is modified
to an extend that if surgery is not conducted by 24.02.2024 then

accused is directed to surrender immediately. Rest of conditions
of interim bail order of accused Ganesh will remain same.
An application has already been filed on behalf of
accused Alok Kumar for change of surety. Notice of this
application be issued to NCB. Application be also put up on
23.02.2024.
