present appeal is filed qua Election of Sarojini Market Shopkeepers
Association. Counsel apprised the court that Elections have already been
conducted and elected body has already assumed charged. Therefore, nothing
remains in the present matter being infructuous.
However, awaiting for appearance of the remaining parties, matter
