lawyer has been appointed by the accused or not. PW2 Ajay
Kumar examined in chief his cross examination is deferred on
abovesaid aspect.
Issue production warrants for accused for next date.
An exemption application has been filed on behalf
of Superintendent Dhananjay Some. Heard and allowed for today
only with direction to appear on next date positively.
