Pleadings are stated to be complete. On basis of
pleadings of parties, following issues are framed:
ISSUES:
1) Whether plaintiff is entitled to a decree of damages of Rs.10
Lacs as compensation for damaging and injuring the reputation of the
plaintiffs in the Army lobby, friends and relatives? OPP
2) Whether plaintiff is entitled to decree of permanent injunction
for restraining the defendant, her agents, employees, associates etc.
from defaming the plainitffs by using derogatory words and
circulating the defamatory letter amongst the Army officers, their
friends, society and relatives? OPP
3) Whether suit is liable to be dismissed as no appropriate court
fee has been affixed by plaintiffs in the suit? OPD
4) Whether suit of the plaintiff is liable to be dismissed as the
same is barred by territorial jurisdiction? OPD
5) Relief.
No other issue arises nor is pressed. To come up for PE
on 09.04.2026. Plaintiff to file evidence affidavit on next date of
hearing with advance copy to defendant at least 15 days before next
date of hearing.
