As it is a matter of NCB in which drug was recovered from the accused and original documents are very essential for the court being primary evidence. It is very strange as to why the doctors are not providing original medical documents of the accused to the IO. Issue notice to the worthy Medical Superintendent, Safdarjung hospital, New Delhi to appear in person or to send/depute some doctor to represent him to apprise the court regarding situation as to why the original medical documents of accused has not been handed over/provided to the IO as matter is getting delayed day by day due to non filing of original medical documents of the accused.
